Why we started Louie’s
Louie’s Outdoor Care is run by Wyatt and Michael — a father-and-son team from the Sutherland Shire. We started with a simple observation: the people who most need a hand outside — NDIS participants, older locals, families booking on behalf of someone they love — are exactly the people who most need someone dependable. Someone who turns up on the day they said they would. Someone whose face you recognise at the gate.
So that’s the business we built. We keep it deliberately personal: it’s the two of us on the tools, the two of us on the phone, and the two of us responsible for every lawn we look after. When you book Louie’s, you’re not getting whoever the roster spat out that week — you’re getting us.
Home base is the Sutherland Shire, but the Shire is our base, not our boundary. Because NDIS and aged-care work runs on referrals and coordinators rather than suburbs, we travel for it — servicing participants and aged-care clients anywhere within 80km of Cronulla, from Sydney’s south down through the Illawarra to the Southern Highlands. Residential mowing we keep local to the Shire, where we live.
We’re also serious about doing this the right way, not just the easy way. That’s why our NDIS registration is in progress, why we’re working through My Aged Care registration, why we both hold police checks, and why our Working With Children Checks are complete — because the trust of the families and coordinators we work with is the whole foundation of this business.

Plain-English quotes in writing, honest advice even when it costs us a job, and a photo of the finished yard after every visit for the family members and coordinators who want it.
Safety
Careful work around pets, plants and people. We flag trip hazards and problems we spot, and we never leave a yard less safe than we found it.

Wyatt
Wyatt co-founded Louie’s Outdoor Care out of a genuine love for the outdoors and for hard, satisfying work. Living with physical disabilities has shaped how he approaches this business — outdoor care is work he can pour himself into, and it’s given him a real understanding of what our NDIS and aged-care clients experience day to day.
There are things many of us wish we could still manage ourselves, and can’t — and that’s the gap Louie’s Outdoor Care exists to fill. Wyatt brings that lived understanding to every client: no judgement, just genuine care and a job done well, so you can take pride in your home again. Michael
Michael brings more than three decades of service to Louie’s Outdoor Care. As a firefighter for over 33 years, he spent his career turning up when it mattered, working to a standard where “good enough” was never good enough, and earning the trust of the people he served.
He carries that same standard into every job. Michael is a perfectionist who takes genuine pride in his work — precise edges, clean lines, and a finish done to an exceptional standard every single time. For our clients, that means someone reliable, thorough, and trustworthy caring for your property as if it were his own.
